Dear Art Producer, Sonia Pandya, hashtags, and women in advertising today

I come from a background of having first worked at an ad agency as an Account Executive before becoming a Photographer’s Rep. In episode 6 of my Dear Art Producer podcast, I speak with freelance art producer Sonia Pandya who at the time of the recording was at MullenLowe LA. Sonia is doing the reverse and was first a Rep and now working at ad agencies and brands directly as an Art Producer – we had a lot to discuss!

Our discussion covered a lot of territory in just over 30 minutes from websites, finding talent, agency policies, to educating the client on production. Tune in to our conversation and to hear about our deep dive into what being a woman or a minority in the advertising business means today.

This weekly series shares conversations with Art Producers in Advertising, where together we can envision the future for this industry and take steps forward as a community.
